It’s funny. I go to venues a lot (as you might gather) and I love so many of them. There are few where I walk into a space and I’m so lost for words I can only stand there with my jaw open.

This is one.

St Giles House, over in Wimborne St Giles, is stunning. I’ve learned that it was left vacant for decades and falling into dereliction until recently. Consequently the rennovations are really interesting. In places plaster has been left off walls to reveal the history beneath it. The rooms are huge and can be used in a variety of ways for your wedding day. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and… oh look there’s a grotto!

Indeed you can get married in the house or gardens and there is space for 120 guests in the house but if you wanted to get married in the grotto there’s space for 20 people.

Here are some images to whet your appetite.

Clearly not only was I gobsmacked by St Giles but you’ll be anticipating me doing an offer on this one too as I’ve titled it “all that’s missing is you”. Here’s the offer: book my Gold Label Extended or Black Label package in 2017 or 2018 and you can have double the number of photos in your album.*

(*Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.)
